The author Alicia Wiggins' description of places and characters was amazing. I saw myself in the scenes as I read them.A PLACE LIKE HOME was a page turner, I felt the pain, distrust, and confusion. I cried over the treatment of Karen by those who claimed they loved her. I understood her reluctance to move forward and trust again.
